Scientific Workflow & AI Content Intern
Join our team as a Scientific Workflow & AI Content Intern and help build and expand the content ecosystem for our scientific data pipelining platform (Pipeline Creator on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform). During this internship, you will collaborate closely with scientists, product experts, and AI specialists to design, improve, and promote pipeline components, connectors, and templates that help automate laboratory workflows and power AI-driven tools.
This is a 6-month internship, starting approximately in July 2026, and is based at the Dassault Systèmes office in Cambridge.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Improve existing content by auditing and refining pipeline templates (names, descriptions, help text, and user experience)
- Optimize and enhance existing components to ensure usability and readiness for AI-driven workflows
- Build new anchors, components, and end-to-end templates supporting use cases such as recipe capture, formulation calculation, laboratory protocols, and machine learning workflows
- Support the creation of demo materials, including videos, blog posts, and LinkedIn content to showcase platform capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and technical usability of pipeline content

Qualifications
- Background in life sciences, chemistry, or a related scientific field with an understanding of laboratory workflows and data
- Programming skills in Python (data manipulation, scripting, API calls)
- Familiarity with scientific libraries such as pandas or numpy is a plus
- Interest in working with Generative AI tools and automation technologies
- Comfort working with low-code/no-code tools and visual workflow environments
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and data pipelines; experience with tools such as Airflow or Prefect is an advantage
- Experience or strong interest in MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
