About the Opportunity
We are supporting applications for the National Talent Program, a flagship initiative that connects outstanding international researchers with leading universities, national laboratories, and high-tech enterprises in China.
The program is international-friendly and supports remote or hybrid collaboration during the initial stage, allowing candidates to participate flexibly before any long-term arrangements.

- Associate Professors, Senior Researchers, or Principal Scientists
- Senior technical leaders from industry

Work Model
- Full-time, part-time, or project-based collaboration
- Remote participation supported during the initial stage
- Flexible on-site arrangements based on project needs
- No immediate relocation required
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: approximately USD 200,000 (depending on host institution)
- Government talent grant: up to USD 300,000
- Additional research funding for outstanding candidates
- Long-term talent visa support
- Housing, healthcare, and family support

Successful candidates may be matched with:

Final host institution will be determined after the background review. Each applicant will be matched with one host institution.
