Senior Scientist / Principal Investigator
National Talent Program（Flexible / Remote-Friendly）
About the Opportunity
We are supporting applications for National Talent Program, a flagship initiative designed to attract world-class scientists and technology leaders to collaborate with top universities, national laboratories, and leading high-tech enterprises.
This opportunity is flexible, international-friendly, and open to remote or hybrid participation at the early stage.
Target Candidates
We welcome PhD-level researchers with strong international backgrounds in STEM fields, including but not limited to:
- Life Sciences & Biomedicine
- Chemistry & Materials
- Physics & Semiconductor Devices
- AI, IT, Advanced Manufacturing
- Energy, New Materials, Photonics, etc.

Work Model

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: ~USD 200,000 (varies by host institution and role)
- One-time govt grant upon selection: up to USD 300,000
- Additional research funding may be available for strong candidates
- Visa support (long-term talent visa), healthcare, housing, and family support
