The Core Work
1. Scouting & Identification • Identify every level of talent—senior leaders, engineers, emerging operators • Create pipelines for people the market hasn’t seen yet • Spot unrecognised potential before competition
2. Building Tools & Systems • Design tools for scalable talent evaluation (analog + tech) • Develop Healf’s tech stack, helping it become performance-capable • Work with tools like Claude (AI) on real-world challenges ⚠️ This does not requires engineering experience—just resourcefulness
3. Active Recruiting • Own recruitments from targeting to conversion • Learn from expert recruiters the painstaking interviewing art • Master convincing candidates that Healf is the right place, fast
4. Performance & Ownerhip • Work with Talent, Performance Science, and Human Performance • Manage the AI-driven talent program, tracking standing performance • Play a key role in shaping Healf’s AI-readiness across the company
