The role is grounded in agile and Scrum methodology and focuses on cadence, coordination, and delivery discipline rather than solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring agreed cadence, ceremonies, and delivery discipline are maintained
  • Track tasks, progress, decisions, and outcomes for each initiative without owning solution delivery
  • Ensure stage gates, governance steps, and agreed checkpoints are consistently met
  • Regularly check in with other Scrum roles and working groups to understand progress, risks, and blockers
  • Feed clear, synthesised progress updates into the Hub to support prioritisation and routing decisions
  • Participate in the allocate initiatives as required
  • Support wider systems and technology projects where clear coordination, tracking, and agile discipline are required
  • Produce clear, concise summaries and reports suitable for senior stakeholders
