Scrum Master /Delivery Support (Contract)
London - Hybrid once per week max
Outside IR35
£400-£450pd
Length: Till end of the year
This is a high-impact contract opportunity to support a growing data function delivering a large-scale data enablement programme. You will play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and pace to delivery across multiple agile squads, with a strong focus on coordination and delivery governance rather than hands-on engineering management.
The Role and Deliverables
- Support sprint planning and agile ceremonies, primarily within the data enablement team
- Take ownership of delivery coordination and administrative activities across all data squads
- Manage and maintain project documentation, governance materials, and established templates
- Consolidate updates from Business Analysts and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Maintain Jira workflows, Confluence documentation, and SharePoint sites, including distribution lists
- Coordinate cross-market updates and manage recurring monthly reporting and programme communications

- Strong experience in a Scrum Master or agile delivery coordination role working on data enablement projects across multi region squads
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and recurring tasks independently
- Proactive mindset, with a structured approach to planning, tracking progress, and communicating updates
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Media experience a plus
- Experience using Jira, and Microsoft 365 tools including Teams and SharePoint
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and adapting to different stakeholder needs
