What You Will Do
- Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Actively identify and remove impediments so teams can stay focused on delivering value in every single sprint.
- Provide expert coaching and mentoring to teams across all maturity levels, promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement.
- Track team performance and progress toward delivery goals using metrics like velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
- Work independently to navigate complex situations while fostering smooth, cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- The ability to act with diplomacy, tact, and empathy while coaching the wider organisation on Agile adoption.
