About the Job you are considering:
Join Capgemini’s Financial Services Business Unit within the Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice as a Scrum Master, where you’ll enable high-performing Agile teams and deliver meaningful outcomes with purpose. You will act as a trusted, AI-aware advisor, guiding teams to continuously evolve their ways of working while aligning with delivery, risk, and regulatory expectations. This role is central to architecting tomorrow’s delivery culture—driving collaboration, resilience, and value-focused delivery in a fast-moving environment.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Enable high-performing, self-organising teams that consistently deliver against agreed outcomes and business priorities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement
- Act as a servant leader, embedding Agile principles and fostering a culture of accountability and trust
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum and team focus
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritised, well-defined backlogs that maximise value delivery
- Provide clear, outcome-focused visibility of progress to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
- Promote continuous improvement by embedding feedback loops and evolving team practices
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, risk, and regulatory expectations within a controlled environment
- Foster collaboration across teams to effectively manage dependencies and shared outcomes
- Champion adoption of innovative and AI-enabled ways of working to build a future-ready workforce
Your Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile delivery across complex programmes
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile approaches
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to coach teams towards high performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology audiences
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in regulated environments
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and embed outcome-focused delivery practices
- Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SAFe)
- Experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries
- Awareness of emerging AI-driven delivery practices and their application in Agile environments
