Scrum Master
Salary: £45,000 to £64,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days per week on-site
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK defence organisation at the forefront of delivering advanced engineering programmes that play a vital role in national security. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master to help drive Agile transformation across multidisciplinary engineering teams working on complex hardware and software projects.
You'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and the wider Agile community to embed Agile principles, improve team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to influence how engineering teams collaborate and deliver value within a unique and highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support engineering teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and planning sessions to help teams deliver effectively
- Remove delivery impediments and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve team performance and Agile maturity
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across complex engineering programmes
- Mentor teams and individuals while promoting collaboration, transparency, and self-organisation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, with the ability to coach and influence teams
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within engineering, hardware, embedded software, or other complex technical environments would be highly beneficial
