Scrum Master Supporting Major Data & Cloud Transformation Programme
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a major data and cloud transformation programme within a global enterprise environment. This role will suit someone who brings strong Agile leadership, excellent facilitation skills, and experience working in complex, cross-functional delivery settings.
Prior exposure to data ingestion or migration programmes will be highly valuable, along with experience using Databricks as a platform. You will work closely with product owners, engineering managers, UX designers, project teams, and business stakeholders to help teams improve delivery flow, strengthen collaboration, and adopt Lean-Agile ways of working.
Role Overview
As Scrum Master, you will act as a coach and facilitator embedded within a cross-functional team, helping the group move through discovery, definition, and delivery phases effectively. You will support teams in applying Agile principles in a pragmatic way, combining encouragement with constructive challenge to enable continuous improvement.
You will also help maintain alignment between team-level delivery and broader programme objectives, ensuring transparency around dependencies, risks, impediments, and progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
