Scrum Master - Permanent - Consulting & Retail Focus
Location: 2 Days on-site in Bury, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £70,000 base

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading global consultancy, embedded on a high-profile retail account delivering digital transformation programmes at pace
As Scrum Master, you'll be at the heart of an Agile delivery team, coaching and supporting colleagues to work effectively, facilitating ceremonies, and removing blockers that get in the way of great delivery. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and help the team consistently deliver value. This is a consultancy environment — that means variety, pace, and real opportunity to grow your career alongside some of the best delivery professionals in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coaching teams on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
- Removing impediments and protecting the team from distractions to maintain delivery momentum
- Supporting the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritisation
- Tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to stakeholders
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability

What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment
- Retail or eCommerce sector experience is a strong advantage
- Confident facilitator with strong coaching and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a consultancy or client-facing environment
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification preferred
- SC eligible as a minimum
