Role: Scrum Master (Wealth Management)
Location: Glasgow, UK (Hybrid 3 days/week)
Contract (Inside IR35)
Required Experience
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Experience working in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment Management.
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting.
- Experience working in regulated financial environments.
