š Weāre Hiring: Scrum Master cum Agile Project Manager š š Location: UK Onshore (with occasional travel to Taunton as required) š Clearance: SC Cleared (Mandatory) š¼ Experience: 10ā16 years šļø Sector: Public / Regulated Environment
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master cum Agile Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for complex, business-critical programmes within a secure and highly regulated environment. This role combines hands-on Scrum facilitation with end-to-end project management responsibility, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial control. The successful candidate will ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned to Agile principles while operating within structured governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum practices, and value-driven delivery
- Own and manage integrated project and release plans
- Track and manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Support governance forums with clear reporting on delivery progress and financials
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Act as the primary delivery contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing Agile team culture

Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master on medium to large Agile programmes
- Strong Agile Project Management experience in structured or regulated environments
- Proven ability to manage project financials and governance requirements
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in secure, regulated, or public sector environments

- Trello or similar Agile tools
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in a relevant discipline
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP (preferred)
