Job Description

Join EngageTech Ltd as an SDR focused on the DACH market. You will drive outbound prospecting for B2B tech clients, conducting discovery calls with German-speaking business leaders. Through a structured three-month training academy, you’ll master sales fundamentals, qualify leads, and build pipeline while working in a supportive, high-energy London environment.

What You Will Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling and emailing to engage business leaders within the German-speaking (DACH) technology market.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify prospect pain points and qualify potential opportunities for B2B tech clients expanding their international footprint.
  • Manage and organize sales activity within CRM tools while collaborating with managers to refine outreach strategies and celebrate team wins.
