About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and driven professional with strong sales acumen to join our 18-month Enterprise Development Representative program.
This fast-track program will position you to become a Mid-Market Account Executive at global leader Verkada, based in our London office (Old Street).

What You’ll Do
Sales Execution & Growth
- Exceed quotas for cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator messages) and qualified meetings
- Prospect & qualify high volumes of cold leads via outbound sales while uncovering business pain points
- Convert leads into sales-ready meetings & opportunities by effectively positioning Verkada’s value proposition
- Follow-up(nassist the assigned UKI Enterprise Account Executive in:
- Distributing leads
- Conducting discovery calls
- Aligning with qualification criteria

Technical & Collaborative Thinking
- Master Verkada’s tech stack and use sales enable tools to streamline workflows
- Grasp complex business environments: Identify inefficiencies, redundancy, and technical frustrations
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering)
- Stand up relationships with technical users to improve market alignment
Continuous Learning & Adaptability
- Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s sales cycle and relevant qualification criteria
- Drive creative problem-solving to identify and turn pain points into new business.
What You Bring
Experience & Mindset
- 1+ year of professional experience (sales background preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals in past roles
