About the Role

We’re looking to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into Mid-Market Account Executives through an 18-month Enterprise Development Representative program. Based in our London office (Old Street roundabout), this role drives new business acquisition in the UKI Enterprise Division.

Ideal for: Enthusiastic, entry-level sales professionals eager to accelerate their careers in a dynamic, startup-like environment while joining a rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed expectations for:
    • Cold-calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach
    • Generating qualified meetings
  • Collaborate closely with your assigned UKI Enterprise Account Executive to:
    • Distribute leads accurately
    • Conduct thorough discovery calls
    • Develop sales-ready opportunities
    • Articulate the value of Volkada as a solution
  • Prospect, qualify, follow up on, and educate high-volume cold leads
  • Identify prospect needs and pain points, mapping them to Verkada’s offerings
  • Master the technical landscape and sales enablement tools, tracking lead metrics
  • Build connections with buyers while collaborating across teams (product, marketing, etc.)
  • Adapt to dynamic sales cycles and qualification requirements
  • Solve client challenges: diagnose process hiccups, uncover operational inefficiencies, and convert needs into opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (preferably in sales)
  • Proven ability to exceed targets in prior roles
  • Core traits:

    • Resilience: Ability to handle cold outbound efforts and rejection
    • Coachability: Eager to learn, receive feedback, and integrate into teamwork
