Job Description

As a German-speaking SDR at EngageTech Ltd, you will spearhead outbound prospecting into the DACH market for leading technology clients. Through high-volume cold calling and discovery, you will build high-quality pipelines. Supported by a world-class three-month training academy, you’ll master the fundamentals of B2B sales while earning uncapped commission.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business conversations by conducting high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling into business leaders within German-speaking markets.
  • Manage end-to-end discovery conversations with executives to identify their core business challenges, strategic goals, and software procurement priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal managers and global clients to share market insights, optimize outreach strategies, and celebrate individual and team successes.

  • Fluent in both German and English with the verbal and written communication skills necessary to engage and influence C-suite business leaders.
  • A resilient, coachable, and ambitious professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by hitting high-performance outreach targets.
  • Possesses a competitive mindset—demonstrated through academics, sports, or leadership roles—and a strong curiosity about how B2B technology businesses scale.
