ImpersonAlly is a fast-growing AI-native brand protection SaaS startup, helping global brands such as Booking.com, Pandora, Calvin Klein, etc. detect and stop impersonation, hijacking, phishing, misinformation, affiliate fraud, and other brand protection areas at scale.
Position Overview
Our GTM team is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a hungry, creative, cross-functional Growth Manager to generate qualified leads, book demos, and help build a repeatable growth engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast, test smart sales hacks, and turn target accounts into real opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound lead generation and build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Book high-quality demos with relevant decision makers.
- Research target accounts, buyer personas, and outreach angles.
- Create and test outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, communities, and other channels.
- Run creative, sales hacks to open doors and improve demo conversion.
- Track results, learn quickly, and scale what works.
- Collaborate with the product team by gathering and sharing market signal and customer feedback.

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in growth, outbound sales, SDR/BDR, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to prospect, generate, and qualify leads - driving qualified demos.
- Experience with outbound calling, cold outreach, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.
- Hungry, persistent, creative, and motivated by measurable results.
- Strong written communication and research skills.
- Comfortable working independently and moving fast in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or email automation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, adtech, affiliate marketing, brand protection, fraud detection, or SEM.
- Experience selling or marketing to enterprise brands, marketing teams, fraud teams, compliance teams, or e-commerce companies.
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC.
