About the Role
We’re seeking an SDR Manager to lead a team of 4 SDRs while maintaining hands-on involvement in outbound strategy and pipeline generation.
This role is a true player-coach—approximately 50% leadership, 50% executing your own targets. If you thrive on coaching teams, driving performance, and leading by example in a culturally forward business, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 SDRs
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and development plans
- Carry and exceed your own sales target while generating pipeline
- Foster a high-performing culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to optimise outbound performance
- Use data-driven insights to enhance individual and team results
Requirements
- Proven SDR leadership experience or a strong track record in developing junior team members
- Expertise in outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Passion for coaching and nurturing others’ success
- Commercially driven, with a high ownership mentality
- No closing experience required
