SDR Manager – HRTech
Established over 50 years ago, our client is a global HR Tech organisation with offices across Europe & Asia. Focused on employee lifecycle, their software is used by a range of businesses including Five Guys, Travelodge and Vodafone, as well as 20% of Top Retailers.
Having grown continuously year-on-year, they are now growing out their new business team and looking for an SDR Manager to come onboard, leading 3x SDRs & expanding this team in the longer term.
This is a key role in driving their outbound success; successful candidates can expect to be providing mentoring, driving success across the team, and driving commercial outcomes from within the new business function itself.

This is a hybrid role, with 2x days per week in their Watford office.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3x SDRs, providing ongoing training and support to facilitate a high-performing, positive working environment
- Continue to expand the SDR team in the long-term
- Develop & support in executing an outbound prospecting strategy for the team, collaborating with senior leadership team on overall business goals
- Implement and optimize all established processes across the team
- Monitor & analyse SDR performance, assessing effectiveness & adjusting strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reporting for wider leadership team
- Leverage CRM & sales tools to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams where necessary (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success etc.)
- Support in recruiting & maintaining a strong SDR team including interviewing, onboarding and career pathing

The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months in a similar SDR Manager / Team Lead position; leadership experience within a software sales team is essential
- Managing a team of outbound SDRs/BDRs is essential
- A link to the HR Tech space or similar would be a plus
- Wider software industry experience would also be considered
- Commutable to Watford 2x days per week
SDR Manager Package
- Basic salary: up to £55,000
- Commission options available
