Description
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a 🚀 fast-growing team driving Zinc’s mission to revolutionise background checking. With three years of consistent 2x year-on-year growth 📈—and plans to do it again—you’ll play a key role in our continued success.
As an SDR, you’ll master modern sales techniques, engage with prospects across multiple channels 📞📧, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company 🖥️. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to take your sales skills to the next level, this role will set you up for success 💪✨.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Prospect Engagement: Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video messaging. 📞 🖥️
- Storytelling & Communication: Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc’s value proposition effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Use data to analyse your outreach, refine your approach, and improve performance.
- Pipeline Management: Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. 🛠️ 💡
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching and feedback to refine your techniques and hit individual and team targets.
