WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a high-energy, process-oriented SDR Team Lead to support and scale our growing Sales Development team. In this leadership role, you’ll focus on day-to-day team execution: coaching BDRs, reinforcing outbound best practices, maintaining high activity and quality standards, and ensuring consistent pipeline performance.
You’ll serve as the first line of leadership for the team: driving accountability, providing real-time feedback, supporting onboarding, and helping reps continuously improve. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and SDR leadership, you’ll help operationalise strategies and ensure strong execution against team goals.
This role is centered on elevating team performance, strengthening process adherence, and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
This role requires the individual to work from our London office 3-days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs, setting clear daily and weekly expectations and driving accountability to ensure pipeline targets are achieved.
- Coach and develop SDRs through ongoing feedback, call reviews, performance management, and skills development to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts in partnership with SDR leadership, ensuring new hires ramp effectively and adopt team standards.
- Reinforce and uphold top-of-funnel processes, including lead qualification standards, sequencing execution, and CRM hygiene.
- Partner closely with Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff, strong campaign execution, and consistent messaging alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to maintain alignment on ICP focus, territory coverage, and pipeline quality expectations.
- Monitor team KPIs and activity metrics, providing insights and recommendations to SDR leadership to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure consistent execution of approved outreach messaging, playbooks, and campaign strategies.
- Enable meaningful prospect conversations by keeping the team informed on relevant industry trends, competitive insights, and product updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
