The pay for this role will be £13.45 per hour.
We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. While the starting salary is fixed, the role offers excellent scope for growth, meaningful contribution, and being part of a forward-thinking team.

Kitchen Assistant – Join Our Seafront Team!
Location: Bournemouth & Boscombe Seafront
Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Are you ready to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment right by the sea? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our friendly kitchen teams at the PierView Kitchen Bournemouth and Boscombe.
This is your chance to be part of a supportive team in a stunning seaside location, preparing delicious food and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety (SFBB & COSHH guidelines).
- Keep stock levels in check and ensure supplies are replenished.
- Keep your workspace clean and organised.
- Work closely with your team to deliver excellent service.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A calm, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and shifts.
- Able to lift and handle heavy items.
- Right to work in the UK (valid ID & National Insurance number).
- Ability to travel to seafront locations.
