Search Engine Optimisation Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven SEO Executive to join a growing in house marketing team within a fast paced and expanding business. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop into a well rounded SEO specialist, gaining exposure across content, technical SEO and organic growth strategy. You’ll play a key role in increasing online visibility, driving organic traffic and contributing directly to lead generation and revenue growth. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking, content optimisation and problem solving, this could be the perfect next step in your digital marketing career. The Role As SEO Executive, you will support and deliver a wide range of SEO initiatives across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll identify growth opportunities, improve website performance and help shape the future SEO strategy of the business
Key Responsibilities Create, optimise and manage SEO-focused content across key website and blog pages Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for organic growth Monitor and improve website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs Support authority-building activity through link acquisition and outreach opportunities Analyse SEO performance and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website Keep up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging industry developments

About You Essential Skills & Experience Ideally 1+ years’ hands-on SEO experience Good understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research and search intent Experience using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Ahrefs/Moz (or similar) Confident creating and optimising content for search performance Experience using WordPress CMS and understanding SEO best practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication, copywriting and reporting skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage workload effectively Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel Interest in how AI and emerging technologies are shaping the future of SEO/AEO
Desirable Exposure to technical SEO including site audits, indexing and crawl analysis Experience with outreach, link building or Digital PR activity Wider digital marketing knowledge across PPC, social media, email or CRO
