Are you passionate about the future of search?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established, successful retail business looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic search strategy across two well-established eCommerce brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with content-led SEO, digital PR and the evolving world of AI-powered search. This isn't a role focused purely on technical SEO. Instead, we're looking for someone who can build brand authority, identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver measurable business growth through organic search.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and owning the SEO strategy across multiple websites.
  • Driving organic growth through content strategy, search intent analysis and keyword research.
  • Building brand authority through outreach, partnerships and off-page SEO activity.
  • Monitoring and reporting on organic performance, providing clear commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Helping shape the organisation's approach to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI-driven search.
  • Working closely with content, marketing and development teams to ensure SEO is embedded throughout digital activity.
  • Managing external SEO partners and agencies where required.
  • Keeping ahead of search trends, algorithm updates and emerging AI technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
