About Candidsky

Candidsky is a Manchester-based digital marketing agency that prides itself on being a performance-led growth partner, serving a wider range of clients from ecommerce and retail brands to B2B, enabling businesses to scale customer acquisition, improve conversion and drive profitable online growth.

Candidsky combines performance marketing, ecommerce optimisation, UX, CRO and operational support to help ambitious brands grow more efficiently across the entire customer journey.

From B2B to B2C, Candidsky delivers digital marketing that drives measurable commercial results by harnessing SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, and PR.

Following a recent acquisition and several leadership changes, Candidsky is entering an exciting new phase of growth and development. As part of this evolution, the company is now looking to appoint an SEO Manager to shape the SEO function within the agency. This role offers a genuine opportunity for the right person to grow as the business continues to scale.

The Role

The SEO Manager will oversee the delivery of SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts while supporting and mentoring a small team of SEO specialists.

The role will combine strategy development, hands-on SEO delivery, client management and team leadership, ensuring strong campaign performance and high levels of client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment, is comfortable getting involved operationally, and wants to help shape and grow a department within a scaling business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
