Role Description
The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester. This role is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility for VAPE.CO.UK. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Performing technical and content-focused SEO audits
- Conducting keyword research for product and informational pages
- Managing link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns
- Analyzing web analytics data to track performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics
- Collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices across the site
- Staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications
- Strong SEO Audits and technical SEO skills to identify and resolve on-site issues.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and on-page optimization to drive targeted organic traffic.
- Experience with Link Building, outreach, and ethical off-page SEO strategies.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure and optimize performance.
- Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing fundamentals and content alignment with SEO goals.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is an advantage; experience in vaping or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
