Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, and implementing optimization strategies across the company’s websites and content. Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing metadata, headings, internal linking, and site structure
- Monitoring performance through web analytics tools
- Preparing regular reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Developing and executing ethical link-building campaigns
- Collaborating with content, marketing, and development teams
- Staying current with search engine algorithm updates and best practices

The SEO Specialist will help improve organic visibility, support online revenue growth, and ensure all initiatives align with One Stop’s brand and customer experience standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content for search visibility
- Experience in conducting comprehensive SEO Audits, including technical, content, and structural assessments
- Practical knowledge of Link Building strategies that follow search engine guidelines and support long-term organic growth
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console) to track performance and inform decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Familiarity with common SEO and marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Relevant experience in SEO for e-commerce, SaaS or retail websites; a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
