Predictions Network is building the leading ecosystem for prediction markets, a suite of content, comparison, data, and insight platforms across multiple geographies and languages. Our network includes sites such as PredictionsNetwork.com, TheBestPredictionMarkets.com, Predicciones.mx, Prediccioneslatam, PredictionsUSA, PredictionsCANADA and more.
We are scaling fast and looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our search performance across all domains.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with deep experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for growing organic traffic, improving rankings, ensuring site indexation, and optimizing the overall search health of our rapidly expanding network.
This is a remote role with flexible hours, and you will work directly with the founder and the product/content teams.
Key Responsibilities
π§ Technical SEO
- Conduct full SEO audits for all network websites.
- Improve indexation rates and fix crawlability issues.
- Manage and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Identify and resolve broken links, redirect chains, orphan pages, duplicate content, slow load times, and UI flow issues.
- Ensure all pages are discoverable and properly structured for Google Search Console.
- Implement schema markup (FAQ, News, Product, Organization, Breadcrumbs, etc.).

π On-Page Optimization
- Optimize content for target keywords across English, Spanish, and future localized sites.
- Ensure consistent branding, internal linking, and UX standards across all platforms.
- Rewrite or improve titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, image alt text, anchor text, and topical depth.
- Improve content clarity, readability, and conversion orientation.
π Content & Keyword Strategy
- Create keyword plans for all websites based on topical clusters.
- Provide keyword research for news, guides, tutorials, and comparison pages.
- Identify new content opportunities and growth markets.
- Collaborate with writers or AI-assisted content workflows.
π Performance Monitoring
- Track rankings, CTR, impressions, and organic traffic using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Report findings on a weekly basis and propose actionable improvements.
- Monitor competitor websites and industry trends.
π Cross-Domain SEO Management
- Maintain strong SEO consistency across 10+ websites.
- Optimize interlinking strategies between network properties.
- Maintain domain authority growth through link-building (internal + external).

Requirements
β Must-Haves
- 2β3 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console and Analytics.
- Experience optimizing multilingual or multi-domain websites.
- Proven track record of improving rankings and organic visibility.
- Strong technical SEO skills (indexation, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals).
- Familiarity with affiliate sites or content-heavy websites.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
β Bonus Skills
- Experience with prediction markets, sports betting, crypto, fintech, or high-competition verticals.
- Knowledge of programmatic SEO.
- Experience with schema automation or AI-assisted content generation.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion optimization.
