Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Role Summary
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is strong in both strategy and execution. The role is primarily focused on SEO, including:
- Keyword research
- Technical audits
- On-page optimization
- Content planning
- Improving organic search performance
Content writing is a supporting part of the role. The ideal candidate can write clear, well-structured B2B content but understands their first responsibility is search visibility, not content volume.
SEO Strategy and Execution

Plan and execute on-page SEO across the NeosAlpha website, including:
- Title tags
- Meta descriptions
- Heading structure
- Canonical tags
- Internal linking

Conduct keyword research and map keywords to existing/planned content. Build topic clusters and identify content gaps against competitors.

Carry out regular technical SEO audits covering:
- Crawlability
- Indexation
- Page speed
- Core Web Vitals
- Redirect chains
- Broken links
- Sitemap health

Implement and validate structured data (JSON-LD/schema markup) for key page types:
- Service pages
- FAQs
- Blogs

Use tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights) to:
- Monitor performance
- Identify issues
- Track improvements

Work on AI search visibility and answer-engine optimization (AEO/GEO) to ensure NeosAlpha content appears in AI-generated search responses.

Content Writing

Write SEO-optimized content including:

- Landing pages
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Social media copy

Produce content briefs with:
- Target keywords
- Heading structure
- Search intent alignment
- FAQ sections
- Internal link suggestions (pre-writing)

Refresh and update existing website content based on insights from:
- SEO audit findings
- Performance data from Search Console and GA4

Coordinate with design, development, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

- Ability to translate technical topics into buyer-focused content without losing accuracy
- Strong editing/proofreading skills, ensuring:
- Brand tone consistency
- Logical structure
- Clarity
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, integration services, or IT consulting companies
- Experience running independent SEO audits, with focus on:
- Issue identification
- Business-impact-based prioritization
- Familiarity with or experience in:
- Platforms/topics: Azure, Google Cloud, Boomi, Celigo, Workato, Apigee, Salesforce, NetSuite, Databricks, AI, automation
- Experience creating enterprise technology content for:
- Technical buyers
- Business decision-makers
