MVF are looking for an experienced Paid Search campaign specialist to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the World’s largest customer acquisition businesses, with a core team in London working closely with our growing team in Austin, Texas. With annual marketing spend of over £50M and a team of 90 digital marketing experts at the forefront of new technology, we really are industry leaders when it comes to paid marketing.

We generate customers for businesses on our own platform, running performance based digital marketing to drive sales for our clients and profit for MVF. What you’ll be doing
- Hitting marketing plans and growing a portfolio of performance campaigns across Google Search/Display/Demand Gen/PMax and Bing, through in-depth performance analysis and implementation of optimisation activities & tests.
- Leading on testing and projects that enable the wider SEM team of 30+ move forward with new products and features.
- Dedicated project/personal development. We highly encourage you to find your own specialism within the business/team. This could be technical strength, creative design, other platform knowledge or anything you can think of.
About you/Requirements for the role
- A minimum of 3 years of hands on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required, Display and/or Demand Gen preferred) including implementation of optimisation activities and tests
- Can work autonomously and deliver marketing performance & analysis
- Display strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders of different seniorities
- Desire to test new platform features and help advance the team’s strategy and knowledge by applying local marketing experience
- Evidence of processes and workflows designed or improved
- Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability
- Loves taking on challenges beyond their current role
- Thrives in new environments
- Passion for self-development and learning new skills
