Seasonal Branch Assistant
Seasonal Temporary Branch Assistant – 12 Week Rolling Contract (20 Hours Per Week)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Seasonal Temp Branch Assistant role on a 12-week rolling contract, working part-time (20 hours per week).
This role supports replenishment and stock management within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Our 5/7-day operation (specific opening times available here) ensures variety and flexibility.
⚠ Minimum age requirement: Only candidates 17+ may apply.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, your role will involve:
- Stock forecasting and replenishment – Ensuring shelves remain stocked for quick, efficient customer service.
- Till operations – Enabling speedy service and seamless transactions.
- Accurate order picking – Promptly fulfilling delivery requests with precision.
- Customer service excellence – Adapting swiftly to meet diverse customer needs with a can-do attitude.
You’ll thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment where every customer interaction matters.
Required Skills & Attributes
To excel, you must:
- Have a collaborative and proactive mindset – Willing to go the extra mile where needed.
- Be highly customer service orientated – Passionate about creating positive experiences.
- Demonstrate strong timekeeping – Ensuring punctuality and reliable attendance on a rotating shift schedule.
