Availability Window
You must be available within these windows (shifts scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice for contracted hours):
- Sunday: 09:30 → 15:30
- Monday: 13:00 → 20:00
- Friday: 14:00 → 22:00
- Saturday: 18:00 → 21:00

Key Responsibilities
As a Store Colleague, you’ll contribute to customer service, operations, and store success by:
- Providing friendly, natural, welcoming service and engaging with customers authentically.
- Demonstrating confidence in our products and services while offering assistance when needed.
- Offering flexible support across the store:
- Shelving and replenishing stock
- Handling checkouts and online order picking
- Assisting with staff-led deliveries
- General service and maintaining store routines
- Making customer-focused decisions that enhance satisfaction, sales, and waste reduction.
- Understanding how your role impacts overall store performance.

Competitive Pay
Professionally structured pay starting at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55 within the M25. Additional earnings may apply at selected locations. Minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week (flexible roles as little as 12 hours available).
