Contracts and Pay:

  • Starting pay: £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25
  • Some locations may offer additional payments
  • Minimum guarantee: 16 hours per week (though 12-hour roles are also available)
  • Shift notice: At least 3 weeks’ advance notice for your schedule

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
  • Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
  • Providing flexible support across the store, including:
    • Shelf replenishment
    • Checkout service
    • Online order picking
    • Occasional delivery assistance
    • General service and replenishment duties
  • Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines (e.g., stock checks, hygiene) to ensure a smooth operation
  • Understanding how your role contributes to:
    • Great customer service
    • Strong sales and store performance
    • Waste reduction
    • Operational efficiency
