Contracts and Pay:
- Starting pay: £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25
- Some locations may offer additional payments
- Minimum guarantee: 16 hours per week (though 12-hour roles are also available)
- Shift notice: At least 3 weeks’ advance notice for your schedule
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
- Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
- Providing flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service and replenishment duties
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines (e.g., stock checks, hygiene) to ensure a smooth operation
- Understanding how your role contributes to:
- Great customer service
- Strong sales and store performance
- Waste reduction
- Operational efficiency

- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride

- Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team, with openness and enthusiasm
