Remuneration
Payment Rates:
- Entry rate: £13.28 per hour
- Rates within the M25 ridge: £14.55 per hour
- Night premium: An additional £2.35 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6 AM
- Some locations may offer additional payment schemes
Hours & Safety:
- Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (12-hour roles may also be available)
- Notice: At least 3 weeks’ notice will be given for shift scheduling

Responsibilities
Your role within our store includes:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Being confident with our products and services, offering help when needed.
- Supporting flexible operations across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout services
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service and replenishment duties
- Making customer-focused decisions and correctly completing key store routines.
- Understanding how your role positively impacts:
- Customer service
- Store sales
- Waste reduction
- Overall store performance
