Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55 (within M25).
- Night premium: £2.35 extra hourly rate for shifts worked 00:00–06:00.
- Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 hours/week (some roles offer 12 hours).
- Shifts scheduled within the availability window above, with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Deliver friendly, customer-focused service and build relationships.
- Assist with product knowledge and great experiences tailored to customers.
- Provide support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout duty
- Online order picking
- Delivery assistance (occasional)
- General service & stock management
- Making customer-focused decisions while fulfilling key store routines.
- Contribute to sales, waste reduction, and store performance.
