- Thu: 05:00 - 11:00
- Fri: 05:00 - 11:00
- Sat: 05:00 - 11:00
Minimum Age Requirement: You must be over 18 to apply for this role.
Pay & Commitment
Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25.
- For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour.
- Some locations may offer additional payments.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows above, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
- Providing flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service and replenishment duties
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
- Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
