Earnings:
- Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25
- Night premium: Get an additional £2.35/hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am
- Some locations offer additional payments
- 16-hour minimum guarantee weekly, though 12-hour roles may also be available
Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows above, with at least 3 weeks’ notice. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
- Being confident with products and services, offering assistance when needed
- Providing flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- Making customer-focused decisions, including completing key store routines
- Understanding how your role contributes to great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A passion for delivering great service, meeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
- Excellent skills in building rapport, ensuring customers leave having had a great experience
- The ability to use your initiative to make right decisions for customers when needed
- A strong team-player mentality, excellent communication, and a sense of fun—while still celebrating success
