About the Role

Initial pay: £13.28 per hour (rising to £14.55 for roles within the M25). Some store locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee at least 16 hours per week, though 12-hour roles are also available.
Shift scheduling operates within the availability windows above, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of assignments. If your availability is close but not exact, we encourage you to apply anyway.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service by doing the following:
- Deliver friendly, natural customer service – Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm
- Be a product liaison – Stay confident in our products and services, offering proactive assistance when needed
- Provide flexible support across multiple store operations:
- Replenishment tasks (shelving, stock management)
- Checkout service
- Handling online orders (picking)
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General store maintenance and replenishment
- Make customer-focused decisions – Execute key tasks efficiently while maintaining great service standards
- Drive performance – Help the store achieve strong sales, reduce waste, and promote operational excellence
