Remuneration & Commitment
- Hourly wage: Starts at £13.28/hr, rising to £14.55 for locations within the M25.
- Night premium: £2.35 extra per hour for shifts between midnight and 6am.
- Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week (roles from 12 hours also available).
- Scheduling notice: At least 3 weeks’ notice before shifts.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Being confident with our products and services and offering effective help when needed.
- Providing flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service and replenishment duties
- Making customer-focused decisions while completing key store routines.
- Contributing to great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.

You will need:
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with smile, and serving them with pride.
- The ability to build rapport, ensuring customers leave feeling fortunate.
- Strong initiative to make the right decisions for customers.
- Excellent teamwork and open communication, as well as willingness to have fun and celebrate success.
