Store Colleague Role – Tesco
About the Role

- Expected basic pay: £13.28 per hour (rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25).
- Night premium: An additional £2.35 per hour for shifts between 12am–6am.
- Flexible roles available (minimum 12 hours, but guaranteeing 16 hours per week).
- Shift notice: At least 3 weeks before your shifts start.
- Aged requirement: Must be over 18.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and building strong customer relationships.
- Supporting customers with confidence regarding products and services, offering help when needed.
- Delivering flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service and online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service, stock replenishment, and store duties
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing essential store routines.
- Driving great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
