An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Digital/Cashless arcade based at Church Farm Haven Resort. We are looking for customer-focused candidates who are able to build relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders alike. Through exceptional customer service skills, critical thinking, and a positive attitude, you will contribute to the overall experience and profitability of your location. You will provide the best customer service experience through problem-solving, maintaining a friendly and helpful rapport with the arcade guests, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Contribution to profitability of the arcade will be made through following standard operating procedures set out by the company, adhering to laws and regulations set out by the authorities such as the Gambling Commission, and assisting the management team to ensure that revenue is maximized through the maintaining and stocking of machines. Due to the nature of the role, we can only accept candidates who are 18 years of age or over.

  • Serve customers taking account of the principles of good customer service, remaining helpful and courteous at all times. Including dealing with; bookings, customer queries, complaints (initial stage), etc.
  • Work on all the arcade departments as required (Family Entertainment Centre, Adult Gaming Centre, Prize Shop, etc).
  • Promote the arcade facilities, offers, VIP schemes, etc., to new and existing customers.
  • Assist on promotions, themed events, tournaments, etc.
  • Carry out cleaning duties as instructed.
  • Ensure that all machine faults, structural damage, or maintenance issues are reported correctly.
  • Ensure that all transactions are dealt with correctly and that any errors are reported to management.
  • Ensure the correct handling of both cash and token floats at all times as trained.
  • Operate any of the site attractions as required and trained.
  • Carry out replenishment tasks, i.e., refilling vending machines, re-stocking prize machines, re-stocking the prize shop, etc.
  • Receiving deliveries.
  • Work with management and colleagues to identify opportunities to increase the area's market share of trade within the locality.
  • Provide onward training to other employees.

  • Carry out all duties as trained.
  • Follow all policies and procedures as trained.
  • Ensure all paperwork that you are responsible for is correctly completed.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation at all times.
  • Adhere to all Food and Hygiene legislation at all times.
  • Ensure all visitors are dealt with correctly as trained, i.e., police, enforcement officers, workmen, company reps, etc.
  • Report any incidents to management straight away.
  • Ensure all back-office areas are secure at all times.
  • Be clean and tidy at all times in your appearance.
  • Develop a good working relationship between your colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
