- Necessary: Previous experience in leading a kitchen team

Airport Checks (Mandatory)
- 5 years of checkable references required.
- Criminal Record Check necessary.
- 18+ for shifts/tasks involving alcohol service.
- Reliable transport for early starts (aligned with flight schedules).
