Job Description

Based at our Nayland site, we are currently looking to recruit seasonal workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis through our busy summer season, starting from July through to October 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of a small team whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van Processing farm-saved seed on site Assisting with setting up the processor Checking the quality of bags to be filled Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and Safety processes are always adhered to Establishing good and safe working practices Always providing a high level of service and customer care

No previous experience is required however agricultural, engineering or grain handling experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
