Seasonal Nights Team Member - BP

Team Member – £14.83 per hour (includes nightshift premium)

Shifts: 16 hours per week, Friday and Saturday (11pm – 7am)

Location: M5 Junction 30, Sandygate, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7HF

Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests efficiently and promptly
  • Delivering BP’s brand standards to meet customer expectations
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
  • Replenishing product displays for maximum availability
  • Keeping the workspace, store, and forecourt clean and welcoming
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of teamwork
  • Ensuring customers leave with a memorable and positive experience
  • Preparing the store for the following day’s trade

  • Someone who can thrive in fast-paced environments while remaining focused in quieter settings
  • An individual adaptable enough to balance calm under pressure and momentum in slow periods
