At Rick Stein Restaurants, we’re passionate about fresh ingredients, simple cooking done brilliantly, and kitchens that run smoothly behind the scenes. We’re now looking for a motivated and skilled Seasonal Pizza Chef to join our team for the busy season.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking pizzas to specification, ensuring consistency and quality
- Stretching, topping, and baking pizzas with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes during busy service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and deliveries
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and service-ready
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a pizza section or similar fast-paced kitchen role
- Confidence in dough handling and pizza preparation techniques
- A passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking
- Ability to work calmly under pressure during peak service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A reliable, positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and throughout the seasonal period

The Cornish Arms in St. Merryn, offers a simple British pub menu, with dishes like real beef burgers, mussels and chips and scampi in the basket.
