Job Title: Seasonal Relief Driver (Fixed Term - 2/3 Months)
Location: Unit 6, 30 Chartwell Rd, Lancing BN15 8TU
Salary: £37,000 FTE (pro rata)
Job Type: Fixed-term, full-time over 2-3 months

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Relief Drivers (LGV/RCV) to support our operation during our busiest summer period.
If you enjoy driving, working independently and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent service to our commercial customers
- Completing collection routes safely and efficiently
- Operating company vehicles professionally
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Working closely with our Operations Team
- Representing Recorra with a positive attitude
About you:
- Valid Class 2/C (LGV) licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- CPC & Driver Card (where applicable)
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Safety-focused
- Previous waste or recycling experience is desirable but not essential
