Sous Chef – Summer Opportunity

Do you thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment? We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team this summer!

Role Overview

  • Contribute to cooking to spec while perfecting dishes with locally sourced produce.
  • Operate as part of our kitchen team, pulling your weight in one of our busiest, most engaged kitchens.
  • Work with efficiency towards meeting brand targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef in managing all kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a well-organised approach and adaptability when dealing with peak service demand.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
  • Show enthusiasm and pride for our culinary ethos and brand culture.
