Role Overview
We’re seeking energetic Seasonal Store Colleagues to boost customer service excellence during peak periods. Go beyond a seasonal gig—join a fast-paced team where development and career growth are as valued as high turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the packed season.
- Stock shelves efficiently and ensure shop floors remain clean, appealing, and organized at all times.
- Run tills with precision, adhering to store policies for a seamless, secure shopping experience.
Skills & Experience
Required: ✔ Strong communication and customer-facing skills. ✔ Ability to thrive in high-energy team-based retail environments. ✔ Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving store needs.
Desirable:
❤ Positive and welcoming disposition with a genuine passion for serving customers. ❤ Team player mentality—essential during high-volume trading periods. ❤ Proactive, proactive, tireless in maintaining exceptional shopping experiences.
Requirements
- Must be able to work unpredictable shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
