About the Role

You’ll be a reliable and service-oriented team member—someone who cotton-on to our ethos and steps up as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. This role includes acting as a role model, maintaining standards, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring store security.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the store, handling cash transactions, stock control, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Take ownership of product knowledge and expertise in brand standards to mentor team members.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Support sales goals and KPI metrics, while representing the store as an ambassador and contributing to local marketing efforts.
- Perform administrative and operational duties as required by the manager.
- Enforce compliance with company policies on health and safety, inventory management, and merchandising guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Proven retail sales success required.
- Customer-facing experience (supervisory experience preferred, but not essential).
- Adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for our brands and their lifestyles.
